Lauren Conrad Coming To A Kohls Near You
Reality starlett Lauren Conrad has finally decided to come off her pedestal and stop selling $300 dresses for something most people can afford. That’s right ladies and gents, Conrad has teamed up with department store Kohls, to produce what she calls, “a California chic line. It is a little more casual. They are basically trying to take that California style and make it accessible everywhere.”
The line which will only include apparel in the beginning, will be availiable to you in October. Prices will range between $20-60; that’s pretty reasonable I think.
Conrad finally realized that the only reason why she was able to sell overly expensive clothes, was because he 15 minutes of fame was hott at the time, “It was just kind of a battle I had because I wanted to do a higher-end-line –I wanted to do a contemporary line–but I was also very aware that the reason I was able to do it at such a young age was because of fans that have supported the show and have supported me.”
Exactly, when you were filming Season 3 of The Hills, you had fans; but now the only people who watch Season 5 are….well nobody watches it. I’m glad Lauren came to her senses and realized that having a reality show does NOT permit you to sell $300 skirts. Neither does acting like you attend FIDM.
