Joel Madden was photographed spending some father/daughter time with his precious little baby girl Harlow. Gosh if she just isn’t the cutest. The lovely duo weren’t too far from mom, Nicole Richie. They jet setted out to Miami so Nicole could pimp out her baby Harlow accessory line…making money off the baby already.
